These are the terms and conditions governing your use of the website DNASms(hereinafter referred to as "the Site").

Usage Terms

You agree, undertake and confirm that your use of the Site shall be strictly governed by the following binding principles:
"Your Information" is defined as any information you provide to us or other users of the Site ("Users") in the registration, in the reviews, in the feedback area or through any e-mail feature. You are solely responsible for Your Information, and we act as a passive conduit for your online distribution and publication of Your Information.
Solely to enable Company to use the information you supply us with, so that we are not violating any rights you might have in Your Information, you agree to grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise the copyright, publicity, and database rights (but no other rights) you have in Your Information, in any media now known or not currently known, with respect to Your Information. Company will only use Your Information in accordance with the Visitor Agreement.

Copyright

Any and all data, information, company logos, texts, programs and images of advertisements placed on the site are subject to copyright laws. Any further processing or usage in any kind by third parties is not permitted. This applies to both participants' as Company's own data.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us and (as applicable) our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of the User Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We will not be liable for any delays or failures in your receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and processing by your mobile device. SMS message services are provided on an AS IS, AS AVAILABLE basis.

Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier’s name, and the date, time and content of your messages and other information that you may provide. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us, and to otherwise operate, develop and improve the service. Your wireless carrier and other service providers may also collect data about your SMS usage, and their practices are governed by their own policies.
You shall not damage, impair, interfere with or disrupt the service or its functionality.
We reserve the right to alter charges and/or these terms and conditions from time to time. We may suspend or terminate the service to you if we believe you are in breach of our terms and conditions. Your service is also subject to termination in the event that your wireless service terminates or lapses. We may discontinue the service at any time.

Intellectual Property

You agree not to publish, copy or forward on any data received by you as part of the SMS Updates Services to any third party.
